World of Warcraft Item Upgrade
The upgrade of the item was first introduced in Generation II. This special item allows Porygon to evolve into Porygon2 while being traded or being held.
The ability to slot it into armour, weapon gear and trinkets can add an additional benefit or increase the value of the attribute. The majority of upgrade components require the item be in a certain state before it can be placed.
Recycle points

Substats
The sub-stats of an artifact are random, but can be improved by several ways. In contrast to the main stats that increase with each upgrade, the sub-stats may be increased randomly on any of the four existing slots. The number of sub-stats an artifact is determined by its rank. Rank 2 has no sub-stats, while Rank 5 has five. Each sub-stat is assigned a specific limit it can be produced within, depending on its rareness.
If you'd like to increase your probability of getting a certain sub-status, you can use REFINE ARTIFACTS to boost it by four levels. This will cost you MORA. Another way to increase the sub-stats of an item is to look for duplicates of it. Then, you can enhance duplicates to give them a higher rarity and a different set of sub-stats. This can be an effective method for players with high levels to boost their character's DPS. However, you must be careful not to overdo it and risk wasting your MORA.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens let players reroll an item currently owned by a particular unit. When rerolling, an item will be exchanged with the level 1 version of the same item, but with additional bonuses, and a different type of equipment (such as cups, knives or watches, or books). In certain instances the rerolling of an item can significantly increase its value. Rerolling an item is only useful in the case of items with a rare affix.
Rerolling an item resets its base power as well as any upgrades, and then rerolls all substats in addition to the ones that. This is useful when an upgraded item's maximum power is less than the desired level or if the user wants to change the substats of an existing ring. The reroll token can be obtained in a variety of ways such as from the mistery box as a drop from skulled creatures, or as part of a reward for killing a boss.

Pressing the green button on the menu of items will allow you to reroll the item. But the button will not be displayed on any item currently being used by a unit. To reroll an object the player needs to have at least one reroll token in his inventory. The player will need to select the stat they wish to reroll and confirm their choice. Rerolls can take longer than you expect in certain instances. This is due to the rerolling system being able to provide a large number of possible combinations. In these cases, the player may utilize a second token to speed the process.
Item level
The level of an item is a vital measure of how powerful an item is. Players can use it to evaluate items and determine which is better for their style of play. The item level lets players upgrade their gear that is rated as overpowered by the community. It's important to understand that item level is not a feature to be developed in the near future, but a way to distinguish the between items in the game.
The levels of items are determined by the average ilvl for the player's equipped gear, including the main hand and off-hand weapons. It also considers the ilvls of all slots for gear which can be upgraded however, not the shirts and tabards. This includes rings and cloaks as well as neck, chest, shoulders back wrists, hands legs, waist, and feet as well as an off-hand weapon. The ilvl is taken into consideration twice since the main and off-hands have different iLevels.
The iLevel determines which stats are given priority. Based on the class and spec certain stats have a higher value than others.
